Mortgage Lenders “Scratch our back and we will Scratch yours”

Attention Mortgage Lenders and Realtors!!!

Mortgage Lenders come to Realtors for Leads and the good Lender will bend over backwards to get the deal to close, so they can maintain their trust.  And most mortgage lenders will drop off gifts such as pens, calenders, movie tickets, ect…   And some of the best lenders will even give their best agents leads that they have generated.  Here is where this blog post begins…

The key to the realtionship between lender and agent is leads->clients->closed deals.    Lets take a close look at the first part of this algorythm.  LEADS!!!   Lenders, rather than small gifts here and there why not offer lead generating systems to your agents???  Behold the above diagram.  This is a picture of modern day lead generation/follow up systems now in place by SUCCESSFUL AGENTS..  Most agents do not have the time to look into these new systems or have time to maintain them.  My company offers both.  In addtion, we like the idea of “Win Win” scenarios.    Here is what I mean:

1. You have LeadServ create blogs, communities, microblogs, websites, ect…   for realtors

2. We then create lead capture systems with the aboved mentioned

3. When a lead is captured their information goes simultaneously to both Lender and Agent.

4. This then gives the agent and Lender what they really both want in their relationship…  LEADS!!!
